Lot's of good 30mm niobium alloy rims....just got a Kinlin XR-300. I'd really prefer something equivalent to my Am Classic 420s, which are 34mm. Building a Powertap wheel, and want light, strong, aero, cheap...I know, pick any two.

I don't think so and Am Classic won't sell just the rim. You would have to find a 420 wheel with the right spoke count and use just the rim. My Powertap is built on an XR-300, it makes a good rim for training.
