It's said to be Columbia, but I can't identify it. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Try posting in Retro...looks at least pre-WWII to me

I'm certainly not an expert, but something about the angles and the construction looks like maybe 1920-1940 to me. I'll bet there are better places to ask than here, though.

a "CCM Rambler Motorbike" from the late 30's to the 40's...and maybe later
