I am concidering these two bars. Any advise on one versus the other? Easton is the big name in carbon, but Kestrel has been doing it quite a while as well. Does anyone have good or bad things to say about either one? thanks ...

You might PM Juanmoretime. I believe he uses Kestrel bars.

I have the 26.0 Easton Equipe Pro's. They might be a little flexy if you are a big sprinter. For moi, they're alright. I bought them mainly because of the shallow bend and the short reach.
