Go to your LBS and get some FSA assembly lube for carbon. It is actually a friction enhancer rather than lubricant. It will help keep your seat post from slipping, creaking or squeeking. It works great between a stem and carbon bars as well. I paid $7 or so for a little plastic packet that had to be cut open. I cut a small opeing at one corner and have been able to save it and use it for several assemblies.
