If this has been asked before sorry, and will you direct me to it. Question i know it depends on the club or person putting on the race, but how short , and how long "miles" can a cat 5 race be?

the rulebook is silent on that topic.

Crits are generally 25 to 40 minutes and road races 25-50 miles. Might be a bit longer if it's a combined 4/5 race.
