I was planning on getting the 3T integra ltd stem (100 mm, - 10 degrees) for my Venge. I currently use a 3T team ARX ergonova (100 mm, -6 degrees). I have 20 mm spacers below.

Anyways, just curious if that -10 stem would make an uncomfortable change to my reach and overall positioning? Seems like the reach would increase a bit and obviously lower the stem.

Please advise. Thank you.

Assuming a 73* HTA, your bars will drop 6mm's and reach extends by 1mm.

You'd get very close to this by simply reducing the number of spacers from 20 to 13mm's, keeping your current stem.

Thanks for that PJ. Always helpful.

I will remove a spacer or so to try to get close to 13 mm and see how I feel.
