It will likely work fine, but it's not quite as simple as it working on the existing small cogs. The RD move in an angle that approximates the cone of the cassette. If the WiFli RD angle is greater to accommodate the greater cone angle of the cassette, it my not shift quite as cleanly in the larger cogs as an RD intended for use with a normal cassette. Appropriate adjustment of the B screw would help compensate.
