I imagine this will need an adjustment. I've read a few places where people have had this problem but none offered a solution. I also checked Campagnolo's website and their PDF help section offers nothing more that basic adjustments and not troubleshooting.

Does anyone have an idea as to what I can do to remedy this?

Thanks in advance!

Okay, so I figured it out. It was pretty simple.

I'll post it here in case anyone else searches for it.

You just need to tighten the cable to the front derailleur. If the adjusters on the the downtube don't adjust it enough--as was the case with mine--you will have to loosen the bolt that holds the cable, pull the cable, and tighten it. In my case, I actually tightened back both adjusters on the derailleur and readjusted them until it was perfect. Easy fix. I was just a bit timid to try it.
