I have been using Pedro's bike lust on my Seven

Also looks nice, just way more expensive then Pledge (which I will go to when I run out of Pedro's). Soap and water to get off the grunge (or a little diluted Simple Green), then use the Bike Lust to give it a nice shine.

Unless you get a deal on the Pedro's go for the Pledge.

Car wash detergent...

...cuz it's pretty gentle. I just spray the bike down with a hose, mix up a bucket of suds, sponge everything good, rinse it off, let it dry in the sun, and relube...BTW, this is pretty much the way the pro tour mechanics do business, cuz they ain't got time to do the wipe-everything-with-a-rag routine...
