Probably a bit tougher sell being such a large size, but I would think if it is in good shape and up to date on normal maintenance (new cable/housing, new chain if it needs it, etc), I think $600 would be a reasonable place to start.
400-600 depending on how much wear and tear on the components. I have a friend that has an older steel Alpe de Huez in that size and it is a nice ride. I have an older Zurich in that size and it rides really nice. Would it make a nice fixed gear?
I don't believe the theory of discounting the price because of size. Yes, there are fewer people looking for that size, but there are also fewer bikes available in that size.
