Yesterday I finished converting from a 9sp Campy to 10sp and have installed a Chorus ultra narrow chain with the Connex Shimano 10sp (6.05mm) link. The fitup to the ultra narrow chain seems perfect, no noticeable slop between the plates and roller and it operates undetectable when pedaling.

I rode about 15 miles today at lunch with the new chain/link combo and it worked beautifully. No noise what so ever and it was very smooth. I'll be anxious to see how the wear life of the connex link will be.

I found this new Connex Shimano 10sp, 6.05mm link at Excel Sports for $9.95 for those interested.

Good to know.

I saw one place that was advertising the links as re-useable. It makes sense, but how many times it is appropriate to re-use one of those links (for the life of 2 chains)?
