I want to convert either a shimano or sram groupo to campy chorus, What problems should I anticipate for doing this?

Other than a severe lightening of the wallet, not much, really, as long as you get one of the 8pc grouppos (Brifters, Cranks, F&R Der, Brakes, Cassette, Chain, Cables, BB) Just remember your rear freehub will need to be replaced for the Campy cassette.

BTW... only Campagnolo has "Grouppos" all others are "Groups"

The cog spacing is not the same, so it won't shift very well with a J-tek shiftmate.

The OP can retain his cranks, FD and brakes if he wants to.
