Hi guys, long time lurker but first time poster here. Just wanted to say that this place has loads of information for a newbie like me. Anyways, heres a newbie question. I have a 2006 Felt F3C road bike. I am looking to replace the crankset with an FSA carbon crankset. Like this one here (http://cgi.ebay.com/FSA-SL-K-Carbon...ccessories&hash=item27b3a490ff#ht_2329wt_1139)

Would i have any compatibility issues? With the bottom bracket, derailleurs, etc? Thanks for the input!

The FSA crankset comes with an english threaded BB (which I'm 99% sure Felt uses) so as long as you replace both the BB and crankset, you'll have no compatibility issues.

A couple of things to be aware of.. the FSA is a standard double (53/39T). I believe your Felt has a compact crank (50/34T) so you'll need to adjust the FD up to accommodate the larger outer ring and possibly lengthen the chain a couple of links.

Thanks for the input! I might just go ahead and make the step up to a double, unless i can find a compact at a similar price.
