From the stages I've been able to watch this year, it seems there are more crashes & flats that in previous years.

Are there more, or is it just the OLN coverage showing more crashes & flats?

One other thing I've noticed is that one someone flats, there are usually a few others that do also. Sabotoge?

It's not that different than in year's past that's for sure. Actually, I think in the last few years, there were lots more crashes. As far as flats go, could just be some debris on the road, you're riding in close proximity with lots of people, so lots of people go over the same stuff, glass, sharp gravel, what have you. So it's not sabotage, although things like that have happened in the past history of the Tour.
