I think Rivendell makes one, probably pretty expensive though. Not sure if it's compatible with clipless pedals though...

I'd run Frogs but maybe I could make up for it by using some old Campy non-aero brake levers I have lying around.

the <a href="http://www.vandesselsports.com/crb.php?bike=9">van dessel country road bob</a> is pretty reasonably priced. the current version has horiz drops with a der. hanger. its made in taiwan, I think. depending on your purpose, the <a href="http://www.benscycle.net/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=198">milwaukee fixed frame</a>, sold/designed by Ben's Bike in milwaukee, might work. its 500 for the frameset but its made in wisconsin, its true temper and its orange. not a true cx bike but it says itll take 32c tires and you could use a crosscheck fork in it and run a frt canti if needed. one of the mechanics at ben's raced the local series on one I was told. thats what I'd do if I was in the market for a cx type ride with horizontal drops.

Cool, yeah, that Ben's bike is at the top of my list cause of the color and Waterford factor. I just gotta figure out tires/wheels and what I want to spend. Kinda tempted by 29ers and big balloon tires, too.
