To remove the Lockring from your FG/Track Bike you need a 'Hooked' Lockring Tool like the Hozan.
You also need a Chain whip.
Remember that FG Lockrings are 'Left-Hand' Threaded and are removed 'Clockwise'

Since this is the Fixed Forum, I think he means a fixed cog lock ring and he will need a tool like the ones below. These can be found at http://www.businesscycles.com/trpart.htm#1/8whip. But there are others. Once the cog come off then you can use the chain whip or the rotafixed method to remove the cog.

+1....Any hook style lock ring wrench will work....and a chainwhip to remove the cog..

Remember that the lockring is reverse threaded so it's not lefty loosy/righty tighty....To remove/loosen the locking, you turn the wrench to right

I have that Hozan, or one very similar to it. It wasn't cheap, but it ROCKS. The only thing that might be nicer would be a Campagnolo version.

You guys are absolutely correct.
I only use Campy Lockrings for my FG, and when I saw Dura-Ace, I immediately thought cassette.
Sorry for the confusion.
I tried to edit my OP, but the one attached image I am unable to remove.
