I am looking to get a FLO 90 hoop (FLO Cycling - FLO 90 Rim) to lace with a 32 hole PowerTap hub to put on my TT bike. Is there anything to take into consideration with the deep dish and higher spoke count?

Sell the 32H and get a 24H power tap. Powertap specifies at least 2X lacing on their hubs. There isn't a lot of room with the large diameter hub and a rim that tall. It'll be less of a challenge to lace it up to a 24H.

you are going to have a really hard time truing that wheel up because of the spacing.
Just for fun, I took a 32 hole alloy wheel we have, and put a 90mm rim in front if it.
The spacing for some of those spokes is super tight, and you will be cursing trying to fit tools and your hands into some of those spaces. It can be done. . .but it won't be ideal.

I wonder why FLO even offers a 90mm rim with 32 holes
