Dish Network drops OLN.

OLN seems to be the one channel that provides cycling coverage. (And, admittedly, a heap of stupid sporting events that aren't worth watching).

So, email Dish Network and tell them you want to see OLN and cycling coverage on TV. I could stand to see French broadcasts of cycling with or without sub titles, but that's just me.

Yeah, this sucks big time, but this is old news. I called & wrote months ago - no one cared.

Just like this thread getting one reply. If Dish thinks there is no interest/support they won't react.

If they get a groundswell, they'll react.

Write again. It's cycling season . . .

One reply today; it got plenty of attention here four months ago, when it happened. See http://forums.roadbikereview.com/showthread.php?t=44213 . And Dish Network doesn't care. The people who like OLN didn't complain loudly enough, or there weren't enough of us, because they *did* reverse an identical decision to drop "Lifetime" in January after facing protests in the streets. Do what I did, and let your wallet do the talking. Maybe the tour will show up as a PPV event. Like I wrote in October, I'd pay $120-150 for full daily coverage of the race.

Don’t Write Boycot And Go To Directv

Yes but DirecTV hasn’t and they are giving away 4 room systems with one DVR for free.

I have been with dish for 12 years now and my children are at the age that we need them to have there own TV and dish will not give us a break on equipment 399.99 for two additional receivers after I dished out 199.00 18 months ago for a super dish system.

So good by dish hello DirecTV and OLN again.
