I'm interested to know if Hed 3 spoke wheels come untrue. Does anyone here use them? I realize if they are ridden over pothole after pothole they will probably crumble. For regular training/riding use how is the durability?

Short answer = they stay true

In order for a wheel this stout to go out of true, you're probably looking at structural damage.

For once I completely agree with Kerry. You will have to hit a pothole hard enough to break the epoxy holding the carbon fibre together and that is very difficult to do. The HED3 construction is almost the same as my Nimble Crosswinds. I have ridden these wheels for 5 years now without any problems and I weigh 190 lbs.
