Saw a bike listing with the following info, and it sounds odd to me.

Top tube 54cm
Seat tube 57.5cm
Head tube 22cm

The bike looks tall but short in length too.

Do these numbers make sense?

As stated, no the numbers don't make sense. But if you reverse the seat tube/ top tube numbers a compact, relaxed geo bike in (guessing) about a 58cm would make more sense.

And maybe the headtube is measuring to the top of the stem?
