Helping a buddy get the bike he just bought ready for the road. The problem is, it has a triple shifter and a double front der. I'm trying to adjust the limit stops so the chain won't fall off in what would be the third large chainring if it was a triple crank instead of a double. I just don't know if the limit stops can be adjusted this far, at least without serious rub on one of the ends. Anyone have any experience? Thanks for your help.
