I'm about to race on this bike in the next season:

I'd like to build a neo-retro racing machine. I'm thinking about carbon tubulars, maybe Campagnolo Chorus/Record 10spd groupset or Sram Force groupset... or just keep the 8spd Dura Ace.

What do You think? What would You improve?

Looks well maintained. If you are racing on it, I would keep the components on there. Those are good enough and yet can be sacrificed in a crash.

BTW - has a nice paint job as well.
