I am picking up my new Surly LHT next week sometime and it has SKS P50's on it. If I put it on my car with the front wheel removed l, will the fenders warp or rip off at 65+ MPH? It seems to me that they might but I am not sure.

Actually, chances are pretty good that the fenders will make it really hard/impossible to put the bike on the rack at all.

Fenders should be fine. The issue will be to have the front one short enough that it doesn't hit the rack tray. You can cut the fender to fit and add mud flappage to keep it long, if you know what I mean.
