Installed Dura Ace 2013 DI2 on a Cervelo S5 and connected all the cables to the different components (shifers, upper and lower junction box and both derailleurs). The system is dead. No light, no beep, no movement. Trying to find the problem i checked:
- all cables and connections
- battery voltage 7.6V as it should be
- fully charged the battery again
None of the above helped!

It might need a firmware update. Mine needed an update from new as nothing would work. I think it was the battery junction that wasn't running the latest firmware on mine.
