Are you having problems? I pretty much never toe-in any brakes. I don't see that it does all that much, and the pads just break in to the toed-in position after a couple of weeks at most, and then you're left having to do it all over again...

How do you adjust the toe in on Dura Ace 7800 brakes?
Just loosen the nut and move the pad to toe in or whatever other way you want it. To get rid of the toe-in losen the nut, then squeeze the brake at the brifter so it pushing the pad against the rim, then tighten the nut. Voila, no more toe in or toe out.

To toe-in brakes I loosen the pad, put a thin piece of cardboard between the rear of the brake pad and the rim, then squeeze the brakes shut and tighten the brake pad.

This is causing me massive squealing on my hardtail and it is driving me crazy. UGH
