everyone is going to tell you to use vittoria mastik to glue, and I'm sure its great.
I got Continental tubular glue (for carbon rims) at PBK for cheap and am using it with my Conti Competition tubulars. I think I paid around $115 for both tires (from PBK) and they've been fantastic in speed and durability. I had Zipp Tangente tires before that and they wore down much faster. I can't tell the difference between performance in the two even though I'm pretty sure the Contis have butyl tubes instead of latex because they lose almost no air over time.

gluing tubulars is very easy, by the way. the conti glue came with a little cartoon strip with drawings of how to glue and it was a no-brainer.
