For a while, I've been talking about this ride I set-up with a series of climbs that total 10,000' in distances that range from 60 - 100 miles. This weekend, a group of us got together to do an 80 mile variation of the ride. It was intense.

For good measure we threw in N. Rodeo Gulch, Granite Creek, Glenwood, Mt. Charlie and a portion of Summit/skyline

Ride profile via Garmin - a buddy's flat kept this rider's total ascent to 9800'. He was at least 400' from the full bottom of the middle climb:
