Okay after returning for Amsterdam I wanted a Dam bike... so I found one that was discarded and left to rust. Cleaned 'er up. She's polish and has a sexy three speed rear.

Not sure of the make but has a red art deco winged horse decal on 'er.
Now finding ways to entertain myself this evening, what mods to do?

Today at work I turned down a 27.2 selcof seatpost to 25.4 and tossed on a used selle flite saddle. Tommorow I will cut off the kickstand, yeah it's welded on!

Now, the bike is fine just the way she is, but svelt is nice.
The Sturmey Archer three speed hub is a 40h how can I re-lace that on a contemp 28-36h rim? The front is a 36 so no big deal.
Or do I want a Fix? hmmm this is my true dilemma that I need the Fixed Gear crew to solve.

Opinions gladly accepted
