First of all, there is little real difference between multi-vitamins. You might want to check the latest issue of Consumer Reports - they just did an in-depth review of vitamins. Also, someone who is excercising an hour + per day should not have much difficulty getting all the nutrients they need with a reasonably balanced diet. The extra 500-1000 calories per day required to train means you can eat a lot more food, which brings in a lot more nutrition unless you are stupid about what you eat.
