My current bike gives me a good fit on the top-tube, but I suspect it is a little shorter than optimal for my leg length. Early in the season I usually run a 105mm/+5 degree stem and 30mm of spacers up front. After I spend some time on the bike, sometimes I flip the stem, or remove some spacers to lower the bar a little. I have a little over 2" of standover based on the manufacturers listed "standover height" and my crotch to floor "cycling inseam."
My question: Is my frame too short ?? Would I be better off with a taller frame with a similar top-tube to what I now have ?? I am wondering as I type this: Am I making something out of nothing ??
