I'm very comfortable on my bike for up to 2 hours (or ~40 miles), which up until now is the length of most rides I've done. I've started going on rides of 50-60 miles and have begun having pretty significant soreness in my lower back and neck. I only started riding 2 years ago and this feeling is similar to when I started riding and would go an hour, but I'm wondering if I should get fitted (which I've never done), or if I should just be patient and hope I get acclimated to longer rides. Thoughts?

When I got fitted, I was definitely surprised at the outcome. No more knee pain, beter comfort on the bike. But there is always that point where I have to stop. With me I'm ready to call it quits at about 75 miles. I always feel like things stop being fun after that point.
