I use 1/8 drivetrain on my fixie. A 3/32 chain whip doesn't quite fit right, so I use a 1/8 chain whip. I use my 20-year-old Park BB lock-ring spanner for the cog lock-ring with no problems.

Found one. Have used one a bit in the past, and it ruled. Very well made.

The Keirin tool is way overpriced. Get a simple 1/8 chain whip and a Park lock-ring spanner, and you're golden for around $30. I also recommend a Surly Jethro Tool to carry with you to put nutted wheels on and off in case you flat.
