Would someone confirm if I have these steps in the correct order?

1) remove stem faceplate
2) loosen 2 horizontal clamp bolts (does it matter whether the top is loosened before the bottom bolt)
3) release top compression bolt
4) remove and flip stem
5) tighten compression bolt
6) tighten horizontal clamp bolts (again does it matter which bolt is tightened first)
7) re-install faceplate

and no, it doesn't make a difference which stem bolt you tighten first
