Front deraileur. Triple BB (unless you get one o' them new-fangled integrated cranks). Rear deraileur- you need a long cage model to deal with the extra chain wrap. I think that 9sp Ultegra left shifters are all triple shifters so if that's true you are saved from having to buy new shifters.
