Hello,
I'm having a problem with my front derailleur/shifting system. My road bike has 2 chainrings. Whenever I go to shift into the large chainring, my front derailleur moves the chain onto the large chainring (as it should), but whenever I release my shifter, the front derailleur moves back inwards, pushing the chain back down onto my small chainring.
So basically, my chain only stays on the large chain ring if I hold the shifter up, but as soon as I release, my shifter falls, and the front derailleur moves the chain back down. This is clearly a problem.
