I have an older 2.4 powertap wheel that's been upgraded to ANT+ that has a DT Swiss RR1.2 Rim 24 spoke silver bladed and I'd like to build a wheel that matches that reasonably close cosmetically. I found a 24 hole rim to use, but would like input on a hub that would come close. Its aluminum colored with a carbon weave center exposed in 4 spots. Any suggestions for a front hub?

Rim Hub gear Bicycle drivetrain part Machine Engineering This is the hub I'm trying to match - thanks for the link to the PT page, you can see that's a different version of their hubs, newer G3 which doesn't match this one really.

Hed wheels had front hubs with alloy on the edges and carbon in the middle. But I'm not sure if they still use them and if they are, or ever were, sold separately as just a hub.

Yeah, I was thinking those HED Sonic Carbon hubs would be a great match, but I sure can't find them for sale anywhere. May have to find a wheel with a trashed rim to use as a doner.
