If you are talking about the non-drive side coming loose on you it seems that is a problem. FSA, reportedly is saying to use locktite on the threads. I had my fixing bolt come off my bike without warning, then my crank worked itself off the splines until I felt like I broke my chain, looked down, and the crank arm is hanging off my shoe.
I am now checking my crank for tightness on a regular basis and if the new one I have on there starts loosening up again, my bike shop told me to bring it in and they will swap it out with a Shimano crankset.
I've googled and found a number of boards where people are posting problems with their FSA cranksets, not just the Gossamer aluminum one, but even the carbon one.
