I have an FSA Superlight crankset with an ISIS bottom bracket. I have a CCP-2 crank puller which will NOT remove the crank arm. When I remove the crank arm fixing bolt, then screw in the CCP-2 collar, it does not seem to go in far enough for the rest of the tool to touch the bottom bracket to push it off. Do I need the CCP-4???

How do I get this darned thing off ???
