i sure do it.
i slide forward on my saddle (wishing it was a TT saddle with some coushin up there)
get into my drops, relax and lower the shoulders.
I find this poisition stretched forward helps counter the forward forces i get from my hips being farther forward in relation to the BB. my legs are pushing me forward not just back up.
you've got to be pretty flexible to be comfortable like that for any extended time. Don't know how well i could hold it this early in the season.
Even climbing when hammering i'll get more aero. Diffrent position though. keep my butt back, hands straddleing the stem, elbows droppped and in, upper chest curved upward to keep it open for better breathing.
I think we all gravitate to a position that is and equation of (comfort x aero x function)
