Hi, i'm having trouble getting any structure to the way that i'm training at the moment, and i know this could be a major downfall in my performance.
I am only recently gegularly getting back into training for a long list of reasons. Can anyone guide me in the right direction as to what structure is best when fitness and endurence are low?
When i was racing i went out about 2 - 3 hours Tuesday and Thursday, about 4-6 hours Saturday and 8 hours Sunday. With a short ride on Monday and Wednesday maybe.
At the moment my usual rides are back down to 2 hours, All on the road.
I also swim now and i did'nt back then, but i don't think i'll add that into the mix for this post.
I would really like some help on what structure of training is best for building bass fitness and endurence, a few short rides a week versus one or two long ones. My time is quite flexible.
Thanks for your time.
