If in excellent condition, it could be worthwhile from a utilitarian standpoint. I'm just lost to how good the wheels are (rebuild quality), however.
Look for rust, cracks, creaks, run the gears to see if it shifts well, check the tires for wear, check the wheel true, pad hardness, if it fits you. Unfortunately, the human eye won't catch every little thing, so whatever's left is a case of putting your trust in the seller.
