Bought a Giro Atmos a couple of years ago. Best helmet I ever owned, however, I inspected it yesterday before a ride and discovered one of the thin plastic straps that support the rock-lok system in the back is broke. I can't believe how flimsy the straps are. I'm sure Giro does it to save weight, but, it has to stand up to a few years of use! Has anyone else had problems in that area, and if so, what can be done?

You can buy a new Roc Loc system! I once asked a Giro rep to replace what I thought was a defective Roc Loc system and they referred me to this website to buy a replacement.

Two or three years ago when the RocLoc broke on my two-year old Pneumo, I took it to the dealer from whom I purchased it and Giro send him a new RocLoc for me gratis.
