Does anyone know of a good fixed/free wheelset that will work well with wider tires? I will likely be running a 25-28 tire most of the time but would like something wider for the nasty winters here in Canada. Probably a 32 or even 35 (studded possibly). Got lots of clearance so that won't be an issue.I was looking at the mavic cxp22 with a formula hub but I don't think they are meant for wider tires. Any suggestions? Trying not to spend a fortune... 200-250ish maybe

Any wheel you find out there like the mavic CXP22 will accomodate a wider tire within reason. A friend of mine is running a 700x32 on a mavic deep V with no problem.

I'm not sure if you could go any bigger but you'll be able to fit any of those sizes on most all wheels being sold online.
