What a great experience. I have a Serfas FP-200 floor pump. I have had it for years. Maybe 10 or more. It was getting hard to use, so I decided to try to replace the head. The part is available at a couple places, including the Serfas website.
My experience has been that it is easier and less money to order these types of parts from Ama zon or some other middle man versus from the company. But Serfas had the lowest price, including shipping! Ordering was not difficult at al some companies have difficult ordering.
It arrived quickly And, the replacement has worked really well. I am shocked, and really happy. I wish more interactions went this way.
BTW: this is a great pump. It does Schrader as well as Presta. It will pump tires up past 120 psi, which I guess may make some people cry, but I like that.
