I've never written a pro for a web site before, but my experience with these guys this week has impressed me. They answered my e-mails within 15 minutes, sold me a product at a very good price and express mailed mailed it to me for free. My experiences buying goods on the net are not always the best of times, and I feel I owe these guys a plug.

Good people at Gotta Ride Bikes. I live about 10 minutes from their store and they have a good selection of products and their customer service is top notch.

they claim to take 15% off of your first time online order, or they used to. The problem was there were so many products or companies not included in the offer it wasn't worth the hassle.

I've used them

I bought stuff from them before. I got a good deal on a VDO cyclocomputer with altimeter. I wouldn't hesitate on using them again.
