My 2.5 year old Giro Pneumo started to delaminate (plastic was detatching from the styrofoam. It was way out of warranty but I called Giro and asked if they could hook me up. They said that delamination was not normal, send it in and we will see what we can do. I sent it in expecting a 25% off certificate or something. A brand new Pneumo arrived in the mail today. THAT is great customer service. My helmet was clearly out of warranty but they still replaced it with no questions. This is my second Giro helmet. The first one saved my life!
