Saw this last night. Glad I paid face value. I really didn't enjoy it. I realize I'm in the minority. Anyone else? Personally I get more from some Public Enemy albums and Schoolhouse Rock reruns.

Was interested in the play, until they went all political BS. I wouldn't go if you paid me now.

Yeah, cause obviously the subject matter of the play, and the way it was structured and staged, never had anything to do with politics. ;-)

Funny thing...

Mozart's Cosi and Don Giovanni, are to this day massively popular...but they were both scathing critiques of society and nobility back in the day. Quite frankly, it is rather surprising Mozart wasn't strung up for those shows. And they're 100% political, and no one notices today or thinks about it.

The subject matter of the play is interesting. The cast's stunt with the VP was crap

Not at all. As governor of Indiana, Pence supported and signed into law an anti-gay bill that would've made discrimination okay. I'm sure some of the cast of Hamilton was either gay or had friends who were. So, it's pretty natural that they'd have something to say about Pence's actions, and it's the most American thing in the world to protest and speak truth to power.

I'm proud of the fact that they called Pence on his BS. More power to them.
