In my opinion the only way to fight dope is to legalize it. And what is in your opinion?

Consider the folllowing reasons against dope:
  1. Dope is dangerous for riders. This is a perfectly valid reason, but ... If legalized it would be much more efforts and funds invested to meke it more effective and less dangerous. The same for medical monitoring and so on. And, BTW, this very reason afgainst doping is unheard from anti-doping officials in last years (very unlike to initial era of unti-doping activity).
  2. Doping is cheating. It is not as soon as it is legalized. BTW, there is evidence that at least some kind of dope tend to level the field (i.e. provide more advantage to less gifted riders).
