Hi Folks, I am heading to Destin Florida in late august for a family vacation and would like to take my bikes. Can anyone tell some good routes for the road bike and even some trails for the mountain bike in that area or close by. I have done a little searching on the net, but havn't found anything yet.

I live in Destin and we have a local group that rides every morning at 7:30 (except Monday's) from Robin's Bike and Fitness. We ride ~30 miles Tue-Sat and ~50 on Sunday. The group varies from 6-15 people and the average ranges from 18-21 mph. You can call the shop at (850) 269-2453 once you get into town for more info. There are some trails as well however I am not real familiar with them, they would know more at the shop.
