If by "bearing cap" your talking about the top cap then yes, its fine.
But if you mean the upper bearing race then the answer is a big NO
The FSA headset and King headsets are significantly different in their design. The FSA has a floating bearing (TH style) which requires a compression upper race to adjust the bearing load. The King uses pressed in bearings into their cups and therefore does not use a compression ring. You will not be able to properly adjust the FSA headset with the King upper race.
